1. Have you ever asked God to do something "miraculous" other than heal someone? What was it?

2. If you have never asked for something like that why not?

1. What day of the week was it?

2. Where was the wedding held?

3. Who was invited to the wedding?

4. When the wine was gone what did Jesus' mother gone?

5. What was Jesus' response?

6. What did his mother say to the servants?

7. What was standing nearby?

8. What were these jars used for?

9. How much did they hold?

10. What did Jesus tell the servants to do?

11. How did wine taste to the master of the banquet?

12. What miracle was this for Jesus?

13. How did his disciples respond to him?

14. Who did Jesus really perform the miracle for?

Living the Text

1. What is the message of the story for you?

2. Why do you think that God does not perform miracles like this more often? or does he?

3. If you think that he does what have you seen him do?

4. If you think that God does not perform miracles more often, why do you believe?
